Last updated: September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how PostFly uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (postfly.no) and in our application (app.postfly.no). It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control our use of them.

Your controls

You can review and change your cookie preferences at any time, here or through Cookie settings at the bottom of postfly.no. Your choice applies to both our website and our app.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information. Similar technologies we may use include local storage and session storage.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use our website and app so we can improve them. These cookies are set only if you accept analytics cookies, and you can withdraw your consent at any time using the button above. Google Analytics records information such as the pages you visit, actions like signing up or creating an email, your device and browser type, how you arrived at our website, and your approximate location. It does not log or store your IP address. When you are signed in, we also send a pseudonymous account ID, so that visits from your different devices are counted as one person. We never send your name, your email address or the content of your emails. Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months.

Used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and show content relevant to you. PostFly currently does not deploy any marketing cookies; if we add them in the future, we will update this policy and request renewed consent.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are based in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Browser controls

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect parts of PostFly that depend on strictly necessary cookies (for example, signing in).

Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, ask for your consent again.
